Ingredients
2 limes
2 TBsp packed brown sugar
2 TBsp Worcestershire sauce
2 TBsp olive oil divided
1 red onion chopped
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 pound boneless skinless
chicken breast cut into strips
1 8oz bottle prepared salsa
1 package 7 inch tortillas
1 avocado
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350* Cut one lime & avocado into wedges set aside. From second lime squeeze juice into small bowl, add brown sugar & Worcestershire sauce stir, set aside. In large skillet cook onion & peppers in 1 TBsp olive oil until crisp tender, about 3 minutes, remove keep warm. Add remaining oil & saute chicken until just cooked through about 7 minutes. Wrap tortillas in foil, bake about 5 minutes. Add lime mixture & vegetables to skillet, cook until heated through about 2 minutes. Evenly divide filling onto tortillas. Serve with salsa. Garnish with avocado and lime wedges.
