Ingredients

1 bag or 1 large bunch fresh Baby Spinach

1/2 lb bacon

1 med size red onion

1 large naval orange

Salad Dressing:

1 cup Best Food mayonaisse

1/4 cup frozen orange concentrate (enough to have a thick dressing consistency)

Preparation

fry bacon until crip. break up in bite size pieces. slice onion into thin rings. peel and cut orange sections into bite size pieces. Toss all the above with Spinach.

I prefer to put salad on plates with either crab cakes,grilled chicken or chicken enchilidas and pass the salad dressing.
