Ingredients

5 oz soy sauce

1/3 C ketchup

1/4 C vinegar

2T mustard

2T sugar

3 cloves garlic

dash of tobasco

flank steak

Preparation

mix all together and make sure meat is covered on top and bottom. Marinate overnight and flip meat at least once.

Broil, but not too close to the broiler

cut cross grain at a 45 degree angle
