Ingredients

1 large flank steak

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup salad oil

1 Tbl instant minced onion (dried onion flakes)

3 Tbl red wine vinegar

2 (heaping) Tbl chutney

1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except steak, to make marinade. In a glass dish, soak steak in marinade for at least 5 hrs., turning occasionally. Cook over coals about 5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Carve thin slices diagonally to serve.
