Ingredients

2T ground flax seed

2T ground gluten free oats (oat flour)

2T gluten free baking mix

1 tsp baking powder

2 Tsp ground cinnamon

1 egg or 2 egg whites

1 T applesauce

1 tsp molasses (or equivalent agave or stevia)

chopped nuts or raisins (optional)

1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil (optional)

Preparation

Mix in a mug and cook in microwave for 1 min. Use a knife to remove and enjoy.
