Ingredients

1 Lb. Fresh Green Beans

4 Tablespoons Butter

1/4 Cup Minced Onions

1/2 Garlic Glove, Minced

1/4 Cup Minced Celery

3/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Rosemary

1/2 Teaspoon Basil

Preparation

•Soak the green beans in cold water for 15 minutes. •Melt the butter in 1 ½ quart sauce pan. Saute the onions, garlic, and celery until tender. •Add the drained beans, cover, and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Add seasonings.
