Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
handfull of small pretzels twists
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp chopped toasted almonds
Preparation
Bring butter, sugar and water to a boil. Add salt. Using candy thermometer bring to 300 F.
Then pour over pretzels arranged on silpat or parchment. Let cool 5 minutes. Then top with chocolate chips. When soft spread chocolate over the toffee. Top with nuts if desired
