Ingredients

1 cup of 2% milk

3 tbsp. of heavy cream

2 oz. of bittersweet chocolate

(optional)2-3 tbsp. of freeze-dried strawberries or 1 finely diced large fresh strawberry.

Preparation

  1. Bring milk to a low boil in a small saucepan.

  2. Stir in cream and chocolate, then bring to a boil again, stirring until chocolate is fully melted.

  3. Stir in strawberries.

  4. Pour into a mug.
