Ingredients
Sauce
1/4 C oil
3 chopped onions
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 - 19 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
6 oz can tomato paste
salt and pepper
Meat part of sauce
1 1/2 lbs hamberger
1/4 c bread crumbs
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp milk
salt and pepper
12 lasagna noodles
1/2 lb mozza and/or cheddar
tub of cottage cheese
Preparation
Sauce Sautee onions in oil until brown and then add other ingredients.
In another pan brown meat and add other ingredients. Then add to sauce and let simmer for 30 mins.
Meanwhile cook noddles - 10 mins drain and then let cool.
Shred cheese.
Assembly Meat sauce on bottom 3 lasagna noodles cottage cheese and mozza meat sauce repeat.
Bake in oven 350 degrees C for 30- 45 mins (put baking sheet under lasagna dish)
