Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 26.5 oz cans spaghetti sauce
2 16 oz containers cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
12 oz mozzarella cheese
1 package of lasagna noodles
Preparation
Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Mix in spaghetti sauce.
Mix cottage cheese, egg, and parmesan cheese.
Oil a 9x13 dish or pan.
Layer Meat, noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese. Repeat 2 more times and end with mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. Remove foil and let set at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
