Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

2 cups milk

2 cups grated sharp cheese

2 tablespoons onion

1/2 tablespoon ground mustard

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

8 ounces dry elbow pasta

dry bread crumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Melt butter in sauce pan; blend in flour and add milk. Allow to get hot, but not boil. Add cheese, onions, ground mustard, worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over cooked elbows in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or til bubbly.
