Ingredients

2 tblsp flour

3 tbsp butter

salt

pepper

dry mustard to taste

3 cups hot milk

8-12 oz American cheese

1/2 box elbow macaroni

Preparation

Melt butter in a sauce pot, whisk in flower and seasoning. Slowly stir in hot milk, then add cheese and melt. Pour sauce over cooked noodles, stir and enjoy!
