Ingredients

2 pounds Chicken Wings or 3 pounds with tips

1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon Ginger

1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

2 Tablespoons Orange Juice

Preparation

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic powder, and orange juice. Place wings in glass pan. Pour mixture over and marinate at least an hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours
