Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
small handful of fresh chopped parsley
approx. 1/2 cup milk
approx. 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with your hands. It’s important to use your hands instead of a spoon so the beef is evenly broken up and mixed. Also, with your hands you’ll notice if the meat feels to dry or wet. Add milk or breadcrumbs to adjust.
Shape meat mixture into balls (slightly smaller than baseballs) and place equally spaced into a shallow baking dish. Cook for 30-45 min.
If serving with marinara sauce, let cooked meatballs soak in the sauce prior to serving.
