Ingredients
Meatball mixture:
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
salt & pepper to taste
garlic salt (optional)
Gravy:
1 1/2 c. beef stock
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Preparation
Combine ingredients for meatballs and mix well.
Combine beef stock, soup, and water and bring gravy to a boil.
Drop spoonful of meat ball mixture into the gravy. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, turning once.
Serve with mashed potatoes or hot cooked noodles.
