Ingredients
1 Chicken cut up or 8 pieces
(I cut the breast in half)
1/3 C. Oil
1/3 C. Butter
1 C. Flour
1 t. Salt
2 t. Pepper
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. marjorium
Preparation
Pre-Heat oven to 375. Place oil & butter in a shallow cook pan like a cookie pan. Place in oven until the butter has melted the spread it all around the pan. In a bag place the flour and seasoning. Place 3 pieces at a time of chicky in the bag and shake shake shake. Place on a wax paper. Now place chicken skin side down. Bake 45 minutes, then turn over and bak an additional 5 to 10 to brown the top. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
