Ingredients

1 egg

1 cup buttermilk

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp veggie oil

1 cup unbleached flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

Preparation

*add all ingredients in order in a mixer, mix until there are no lumps *cook on medium heat in a skillet
