Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. blour
1 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 1/2 cup pecans
1 9inch deep dish unbaked pie crust.
Preparation
Beat eggs. Blend butter, vanilla, salt, sugar, flour and syrup.
Place pecans in bottom of pie crust and pour mixture ont op.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes then at 325 for appox. 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
