Ingredients
5 lbs Deckle
2 package Onion soup
2 ½ cup water
½ cup ketchup
½ cup red wine (Manichewitz)
Olive Oil
Potatoes
Carrots
Preparation
1.Sear Meat in Olive oil til brown 2. Mix water, ketchup and wine with wisk 3. Mix onion soup in liquid mixture 4. Put seared meat, potatoes, and carrots in large roasting pan 5. Cover with liquid mixture 6. Seal tightly with tin foil 7. Cook at 350 for 2 ½ - 3 hours.
