Preparation

Cook 10-12 small red potatoes with skin in water until done. Cool. Peel. Slice into circles. Layer in bowl with celery, red onion, seasoned rice vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Add Marie’s lite blue cheese Drsg. Sprinkle blue cheese on top
