Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 - 1.5 cups confectioner’s (powdered) sugar)
Preparation
Spray 9" square brownie pan lightly with non-stick spray.
Place peanut butter and milk in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Return to microwave for 20 seconds. Stor. Repeat until peanut butter and milk are well-combined.
Add salt and vanilla and stir until well blended.
Add confectioner’s sugar slowly, in batches until bowl contents become consistency of very thick brownie batter.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
