Ingredients
7 Tbsp. butter
4 cups canned pumpkin
4 cups cooked pureed yellow squash or sweet potato
1 cup smooth peanut butter
6 cups chicken stock
1 tsp. bl. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Melt butter. Add vegetables and stir. Pour in stock and peanut butter and spices, allow to heat, then puree with hand blender. Yum!
