Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 packet dry Italian dressing (Good Seasons)

2 heaping teaspoons wet mustard (Poupon if you have it)

4-5 cloves garlic, mashed

1.75 cups olive oil

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except olive oil (use Cuisinart or blender if possible - if not, whisk). Add oil slowly – the first quarter-half cup should be well mixed in until dressing is thick, and then the rest will continue to thicken. Keeps in the fridge indefinitely, or at room temperature for 2-3 weeks. All measurements and ingredients are variable.
