Ingredients
1/2 gallon dry red wine
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c brandy
3 large oranges
2 large lemons
1/4 c triple sec
ice cubes
Preparation
Pour wine into punch bowl and stir in sugar and brandy. Cut 2 of the oranges into 8ths and 1 lemon in 4ths. Squeeze juice from fruit into wine and drop fruit into wine. Stir and chill for at least 1 hour.
Fruit can now be removed if desired. Stir in triple sec, add enough ice to keep cold. Just before serving, pour club soda in and stir. Use leftover fruit by slicing thin & using in glasses of sangria.
