Ingredients

A pat of butter

2 eggs

Salt

Pepper

A splash of milk

Preparation

With a frying pan, melt a pat of butter on low heat until the pan is greased.

Crack 2 eggs into a medium-sized bowl; beat with a fork. Add salt and pepper as wanted to eggs. Add milk to eggs, beat until it reaches a light golden color.

Take eggs and cook them in the frying pan, keeping the heat low. As eggs begin to cook, take a spatula and move eggs in to center of pan. When eggs are fully cooked (firm and and a golden-yellow color), remove from heat and separate (“scramble”) eggs into smaller pieces. Serve immediately, as eggs become cold fast.
