Ingredients
1 lb Spinach (or Romaine or mix)
1 pint Strawberries - sliced
1/2 c. coarse chopped toasted pecans
sweet onion rings (optional)
DRESSING
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. dry mustard
1 T. minced onion (dry)
3/4 c. oil
1 T. poppyseeds
Preparation
Wash greens and tear into bite size pieces.
Put in large bowl. Top w/ berries, onions, pecans.
Blend dressing ing. well.
Dress just before serving.
