Ingredients
6 large onions
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup blanched almonds
1/2 cup ch. toasted pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cream
1 egg
Preparation
Boil whole onions 30 minutes. Drain and remove skin. Take out center and chop. Mix with other ingredients and stuff into onions. Lay upright in pan and bake 30 minutes. Serve with well seasoned white sauce with a touch of nutmeg.
