Ingredients

2 onions

6 cloves garlic

2 T olive oil

3 carrots

2 red peppers

3 green peppers

6 zucchini

3 28 oz cans whole stewed tomatoes (or crushed)

1 can black beans

1 can kidney beans

4 T chili powder

1 T coriander

tobasco sauce

Preparation

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil.

Add carrots, red peppers, green peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, black beans, and kidney beans. Cook for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Add chili powder, coriander, and tobasco sauce.
