Ingredients
1-3 oz pkg. lemon jello (sugar free)
1-3 oz pkg. lime jello (sugar free)
1 cup boiling water
1 16-20 oz can crushed pineapple including juice (unsweetened if you want) (it is better)
1 cup 1% milk (you can use other % or whole)
1 cup fat free cottage cheese (does not have to be fat free, but the small curd works best, it’s kind of a texture thing)
1/2 cup mayo (we prefer lite or fat free, but there again it is a matter of taste)
Preparation
Melt jello in water.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well - chill until set.
