Ingredients

1/2 stick butter

2 cloves minced garlic

1 pint heavy whipping cream

salt & pepper to taste

2 cup package Kraft ITALIAN (shredded 5 cheese mix)or similar product

Cooked pasta of choice

Preparation

Melt the butter in a large pan with medium heat, add garlic, saut’e briefly, but don’t let it brown. Add cream, salt and pepper. Stir with a whisk to combine and cook until heated through as it starts to thicken. Gradually add cheese and stir with a fork constantly until cheese is melted. Turn heat to very low and simmer for 15 min. as you prepare your pasta, stirring often. Cover cooked pasta with sauce. And enjoy!
