7-8 (1/2 pound) ounces elbow or other macaroni

1/4 teaspoon oregano and pepper

4 thin slices onion

1/2 pound shredded sharp cheddar

1/4 pounded grated Parmesan

13 oz evaporated milk

tomato in wedges

tablespoon of butter

2 tbl. spoons breadcrumbs

1/8 teaspoon basil

Preparation

cook pasta put half the pasta in buttered dish add half of cheese and spices, half onion and do another layer of mac, then cheese, rest of milk. bake 350 for 30 min top with tomato, sprinkle butter, breadcrumbs, basil bake for 10 more min
