Ingredients
4 eggs
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups Presto
add enough milk to loosen if necessary
Preparation
Mix all ingredients
Drop spoonful of dough into hot oil. Dough should sink then rise to top. Cook until golden brown. Roll in confectioners sugar or a sugar cinnamon mix.
