Preparation

Rub mashed garlic on prime rib. Soak rock salt in worchester. Cover prime rib with soaked rock salt. You wrap cheese cloth around rib to hold rock salt. Line bottom of cheese cloth with soaked rock salt also.Use tooth picks to hold cheese cloth in place. Heat oven to 350, cook until internal temp is 125.(Medium Rare) Let cool 20 minutes before slicing.
