Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
20 mini bagels
1/2 bottle of Franks Buffalo Hot sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ranch
salt
pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let cool. Shred the chicken. In a sauce pan put hot sauce, butter, and ranch. Heat on low until butter is melted. If the sauce is still too hot add more butter and ranch until the sauce is right for you. Add the chicken and mix. Place the bagels separated apart on a cookie sheet. Add chicken mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven on broil until cheese is melted and brown on top. Please use an oven light if you have one and stay close. This process takes no longer than 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
