Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 lb ground pork

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

2 eggs

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 chopped basil leaves

1 tbsp parsley

1 can of tomato paste

1 chopped medium onion

1/2 chopped large green pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl mix all of the ingredients saving about 1/5 of the tomato paste. Shape meatloaf in baking dish. Spread remaining paste on top. bake for 45-60 minutes. Depending on how high you make your loaf the longer it will take to bake. I suggest flatting it a little bit to prevent longer cooking times. (Over cooking this dish will dry the meatloaf out).
