Ingredients
2 large Zucchini
1/2 cup Oscar Mayer real bacon bits
2 Shallots
2 tsp Olive oil
1/3 cup Sherry cooking wine
Preparation
In a saute pan on medium high add peeled and cut shallots, olive oil and wine. The wine will cook itself down through this process. Turn down to medium and add sliced zucchini. To make sure this doesn’t burn you can add more oil when the wine reduces itself down. Ready in 10 minutes.
