Mon Hamburger du Canard Cerise
Ingredients:
4- Twice Ground Muscovy Duck Breast-halves
1/3 cup- Chopped Dried Cherries
1/8 Cup Cherri-Beri Schnapps
4-finely Shopped Garlic Cloves
2- Tablspoons of Soy Sauce
Sauce:
1/3 cup Chopped Dried Cherries
1/3 cup Honey
1/3 cup Cherri-Beri Schnapps
2 Tablespoons-Soy Sauce
1 heaping teaspoon- Black Bean & garlic sauce
1/6 cup Red Vinegar
1 pc. chopped Ginger

Honey Fruit Nut Bread
Wild Rice
Preparation
Thoroughly combine dried cherries, Schnapps, chopped garlic and soy sauce into twice ground duck breast meat.
Form Twice ground duck breast into large burgers.
Place on wood charcoal grill when embers are hot and place 4 pcs. of pre-moistened Mesquite wood directly on Embers.
Grill over Hardwood Charcoal embers & Mesquite and cook to Medium.
Sauce Preparation.
Add all ingredients at low heat and stir to fully combined. Do not allow to simmer.
Served on Honey/Fruit/Nut Bread with Wild Rice!
Spoon sauce over cooked burgers and Rice.
