Ingredients

2 8 ounce packages cream cheese at room temperature

1/2 pint sour cream

3 eggs

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 1/4 cups graham crackers

Preparation

Crust:

Mix together crackers, cinnamon, melted butter. Press into buttered 8 inch pan.

Filling:

Beat eggs well and add 1/2 cup of sugar and continue beating. Add cheese pieces one at a time and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well pour on top of crust. Bake at 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Test with cake tester. Remove from oven, leaving at 500. Cool 10 minutes.

Topping:

Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cake and return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove and cool then refrigerate.
