Ingredients

4 Tablesp. lower sodium soy sauce

2 teasp. sugar

2 teasp. cornstarch

4 teasp. dry sherry

4 teasp. hoisin

2 teasp. rice vinegar

1.5 teasp. chili paste

1/2 teasp. salt

2-3 teasp. peanut oil

2 tablesp. minced garlic

2 tablesp. minced ginger

1.5-2 pounds skirt steak thinly sliced ax grain

16 green onions … green part only put into small 1 inch slices

Preparation

this is a doubled recipe combine first 8 ingredients and whisk until smooth heat peanut oil add ginger, garlic and beef… sauté 2 mins until beef is browned add onions, saute 30 secs. add soy sauce mixture cook 1 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly
