2lbs Sirlion Tips
1 1/2 cups Franks red Hot
1 Cup Lawry’s teriyaki sauce with pineapple juice
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Emeril’s essence
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Mongolian Fire oil
Preparation
in a large freezer bag, marinate steak tips with the red hot and teriyaki, add red pepper flakes and essence for 3 hours or overnite. Heat gas grill to hot for 15 minutes, chop garlic and add to marinade. Brush grill grates with mongolian fire oil. Grill 5-6 minutes each side for medium.
