Ingredients
1/2 cup Mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
4 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1" oil in cast iron pan for frying
watermelon, sliced

Preparation
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the middle of the flour Mix all wet ingredients and pour into hole of flour, Mix gently with fingers. Role out and cut into long strips with a slit in the middle lengthwise, turn the one end inside the slit to make a bowtie. Put into hot oil until lightly brown, turnn for a few more seconds to brown both sides. Serve immediately with cold watermelon and a small bowl of corn syrup for drizzling or dipping.
