Ingredients

1/3 cup white sugar

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 7.5 oz tubes of pillsbury buttermilk biscuits

Caramel Sauce

1/3 cup butter

2/3 cup brown sugar

3 tsp corn syrup

1/3 cup heavy cream

Preparation

combine white sugar and cinnamon cut biscuits into quarters and toss pieces in cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated. Place in greased 8"X8"x2" cake pan. (i use glass)

Caramel Sauce Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter and bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add cream and stir to mix well. Pour caramel sauce over biscuit pieces-mixture should nearly cover the biscuits. Bake 450 for 12-13 minutes. Check after 10 mins or so and cover with foil if pieces are browning too much. (Some browning is good) Invert onto Platter and serve!
