Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven 375 degrees. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture into butter mixture until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Spread cookie dough evenly into a greased deep-dish 14 inch or 16 inch pizza pan. Use parchment paper to line pan before adding cookie dough for a little more ease in removing cookie from pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
