Ingredients

Dressing:

1 cup salad oil

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/8 cup soy sauce

3 large cloves garlic (minced)

Salad:

Baby spinach leaves

Sliced apples (or pears, or strawberries)

Dried cranberries (or cherries)

Chopped walnuts (or pecans, or almonds)

Avocado (optional)

Preparation

For the Dressing: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until well emulsified. Keeps in refrigerator for two weeks. If storing in jar, always give it a good shake before you toss your salad. ; )

For the Salad: Toss all ingredients in a bowl with dressing. Done.
