Ingredients
2 lbs. lean beef/elk/deer
1 large mild onion
1 green pepper (optional) or
2 cans green chiles
1 jar Bertolli Tomato/Basil Sauce
2 cups grated, mixed cheese
(cheddar/mozzarella/Jack)
6 cups cooked pasta of your choice
Preparation
Brown onion in dutch oven, then add peppper and chiles. Add meat and cook until browned. Drain any fat, add Bertolli sauce and stir to mix. Toss in pasta, top with cheeses and place on low heat coals. When it bubbles, add cheeses and cover with lead or foil til cheese is melted. Serve with sourdough bread fresh veggies.
