Ingredients
8 thick slices panera cinnamon Raisin bread
4 t honey dijon mustard
8 slices thinly sliced swiss cheese
8 slices honey cured ham
2 lg eggs
2 T water
salt and pepper
2 T butter
Preparation
Spread 1/2 t mustard on ea slice of bread assemble the sandwich bread mustard side up 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham 1 sl cheese, repeat to make 4 sandwichs Whish egg water salt and pepper, Melt butter in heavy large skillet over midium low heat Dip both sides of sanndwich in egg mixture lightley soaking break place in skillet and cook untill the cheese melts and bread is golden enjoy
