Ingredients

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp ras el hanout (arabic spice blend)

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

2 chicken breasts (skin on, bone in split into 4 halves)

Preparation

Mix ingredients in medium size bowl. Coat 2 chicken breasts in marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Place on the grill over indirect medium heat for 10-15 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
