Ingredients
1 can of Goya Black beans
1 cup of white rice
1/2 green sweet pepper
1 tsp garlic
1/2 white onion
a pinch of:
oregano
cumin
salt
black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bay leaf
2 1/2 cups of water
Preparation
sautee onions, garlic, and sweet pepper in olive oil in deep casserole in medium to high heat add black beans Leave for about 10 min Add rice and water plus all other ingredients. Let cook at low heat until rice is soft Add extra olive oil if desired
