Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

1 pinch cloves

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon white pepper (or use 2 tsp of ground mixed pepper)

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground cardamom

1 pinch cayenne

1 pinch cumin

1 pinch turmeric

1 pinch sea salt

8 lamb rib chops

2 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil

Preparation

  1. in a small bowl combine spices.
  2. sprinkle on both sides of lamb chops, save the rest for another dish.
  3. heat oil in skillet, add lamb and cook 5-10 minutes per side for med rare to medium.
