Ingredients

2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons sour cream

1/4 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon Durkee’s (found in condiment section)

1/2 teaspoon salt

7 ounces crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl whisk mayonnaise and sour cream
  2. Add buttermilk, Durkees, and salt
  3. Whisk until well mixed
  4. Season to taste and whisk again
  5. Fold in blue cheese
  6. Will keep for four days
